
Supplementary bonus sessions to help get a sweat on and get those abs popping!
Follow the instructions to build your own session, log your sessions in your notepad.
Bonus conditioning sessions Session 1:
Equipment needed:
-Sled or yoke
-Dumbbell and or Kettle bell
Perform one continuous set, keep the rest minimal:
- 10 Goblet squats
- 10 kettle bell swings
- 20 metres/2 lengths of sled pushes or Yoke Carries
With the goblet squats & kettle bell swings reduce the number of reps in each round, so 10, then 9, 8, 7, 6 all the way down to 1.
Keep the sled pushes/yoke Carries at the same distance/lengths (20 metres or 2 lengths)
Bonus conditioning session 2:
Bodyweight conditioning session:
Perform one continuous set, keep the rest minimal:
10 Bodyweight squats
10 Burpees
10 plank push ups
30 second plank
With the bodyweight squats, plank push ups & burpees reduce the number of reps in each round, so 10, then 9, 8, 7, 6 all the way down to 1.
Keep the planks at 30 seconds throughout
