WILLPOWER

Have you ever wondered why you can't motivate yourself to do something?

It could be that you get home from work, kick off your shoes, sit down and think "I can't be bothered going to the gym"

Thats probably down to one of the following:
- You haven't quite made coming straight to the gym a habitual thing (check out the habits section)
- You've given yourself the cue to chill out
(For an explanation of how cue's work, check out the habits section)
- You're not 100% sure WHY your training the way you are (WHYPOWER is move powerful than willpower)
- You've used up all your willpower throughout the day, and your brain has had enough

Those last two are important to training.

The video explains why it happens, and what you can do about it.
Relying on your willpower to get through anything long term, whether its a diet change, your training, even your job, can lead to some less than regular results.

Think of it as the motivation to get you going, not to succeed in the longer term, cause when the willpower runs out, much like the motivation, it can blur the waters.

Aim to use WHYPOWER, a deep meaningful connection to why you're doing what you're doing.

WILLPOWER IS NOT AN INFINITE SOURCE, IT WILL RUN OUT.
