Consistency is king

Being able to stick to a plan and execute,  will give us that all important progress. This is especially true with our diet and nutrition. The aim of the following is to make the plan as easy to stick to as possible. 

'Cause we're not all robots

We need to be flexible. Its important to remember that we aren't robots. The aim of the game should always be progress. BUT that shouldn't come in the form of sacrificing enjoyment. 

Getting the right mix

We need to be able to balance out our requirements for personal targets, and the time we devote to them, as well as being able to enjoy ourselves. This video series should help with exactly that.
